The Batavierenrace is probably one of the most unique running experiences I have had so far. It is the world’s largest relay race and takes place between Nijmegen and Enschede, The Netherlands.

Teams from all over The Netherlands and other countries race the track and I was happy to do the roughly 11 km run interval. As my shift took place during night, it was not much of siteseeing but a very special experience nonetheless.
